I like the control over IIS so I made the leap, but I need some direction.
My goal is to have Apache installed on w2k, but I can't view even over my lan.I suspect the problem is with windows 2000 configuration.

I have it working on XP home, but want what was my server to be my server again.

Have this error even after adding that line of code to the top of config page...
[Tue May 15 23:51:05 2007] [error] (OS 10038)An operation was attempted on something that is not a socket. : Child 1016: Encountered too many errors accepting client connections. Possible causes: dynamic address renewal, or incompatible VPN or firewall software. Try using the Win32DisableAcceptEx directive.

Add Win32DisableAcceptEx to your httpd.conf if you haven't done yet.

I did add it to the very top of httpd.conf . I logged out of administator and back in and got the same error message. Thanks in advanced for your expert help.

I did it it working on XP Home, as the above link will show.
