I am running an excel spreadsheet which auto saves and publishes a 3MB html file every 30 seconds. The issue is that while someone is downloading the file, excel cannot write to the html file. Excel tries again in 30 seconds (I have a macro for it). Seems like Apache is "locking" the file.
I am running Windows XP Pro. Any idea how I can fix this issue ?
