Topic: Php 5.2.0 & Apache 2.2.3 Not working unknown error

I have been fighting with WinXPsp2, Apache 2.2.3 & Php5.2.0 (also have mysql installed)
for some time now Ihave worked through a number of installs and updated everythign i can think of.

Currently when requesting a php file to open I get nothing on ie. It dosent change it at all... Sort of like ie goes... oh php not going to open that. on Firefox get the open box for CLI and then nothing as well...

I have pasted in my conf files and am begging for some help.... If some one could help that would be most appreciated.

>have updated php5module2_2.dll
>short tags on
>error logs are on but im not getting any error logs produced even after i changed the file url
> have tried php 6 - no avail
>disabled all modules - but have also tried with only a few working
>not sure what else there is to try

Any suggestions is better then what im doing at the moment.

You don't have to update php5apache2_2.dll for PHP 5.2.x! Only needed in PHP 5.1.x or earlier.
