Topic: mod_fcgid crashes apache on windows

I have been able reproduce a crash on my windows box using mod_fcgid w/ apache and php. The crash occurs after restarting the server a couple times (I first noticed it because I was periodically making config changes).

The crash does not occur when I use the apache handler that come with php 5.2.

The details

Apache 2.2.3 msi installer from apache.org
PHP 5.2.0 msi installer from php.net
mod_fgcid from apachelounge.com

I installed the VC++ 2005 redistributable and put the manifest file in the apache bin folder.

The crash occurs whether or not php-cgi.exe is running. Please find the output of manifest.txt from the crash log below. I appreciate any assistance anyone can provide.
