Is it possible to keep Apache 2.4 when installing PHP 8.1 (php-8.1.0-Win32-vs16-x64)? Or do I need to update Apache to 2.4.51?
And, I have been experiencing a lot of IIS crashes. IIS is still running php-7.3.8-nts-Win32-VC15-x64. Is it OK to have these two side by side or would it be advisable to also upgrade PHP for my ISS setup to php-8.1.0-nts-Win32-vs16-x64? |

When you use PHP with mod_fcgid you can use any version you like. Even several versions parallel.
There is an example at https://www.apachelounge.com/viewtopic.php?t=2394
if you still have a question please ask again. |
