have a doubt on architecture compatibility.

If we use 64bit php and 64bit apache when developing, and 32bit platform on production, will it create any issues.? If so, is there anyway to make them compatible.?

I haven't noticed performance differences up to 150 concurrent connection. The bottleneck is only when you run apache with PHP as module and process get bigger than 2 GB in your RAM.
