Hi,

Does anybody have a clue for the problem: "1:ALLUSERS property is not 1 - this MSM cannot be used for a per-user or fallback-to-per-user install"?

I downloaded the apache2.2.3 from this site and stored in my Windows 2000 workstation. and then downloaded vcredist_x86.exe according to the "read me first" file. But it can't finish the installation for vcredist_x86.exe and came with the error message above. Tell me if you know how to do it please! It will help me a lot.

Hi,

Thanks for your comments.
I found that I need to have an admin in order to install it and I am going to request the authorization to do my test with this workstation.
