| Due to my work i visited a few hundered websites from Japan last week. I am sorry to ask this, because it sounds like a joke, but i find it curious that many website owners from Japan hold their content in user accounts. I mean not only the simple people from the street, but also the real big guns who work for the W3C or for Microsoft hold their content under http://japan.com/~hiroito/. Maybe this is some sort of traditional behaviour or something like that. Or what is the reason? |

Is the question why many people host their content in user accounts? Or is that about the japan.com domain?
