The error seems to be related to the ServerName directive.

If you observe the message, it states that there is an error in HTTPD.CONF...

So, use a text editor to open the HTTPD.CONF (the message states that is in C:/Program Files/Apache Software Foundation/Apache2.2/conf folder). Next, the message states that ServerName can only have one argument. Now, find the ServerName directive. If your editor can show line numbers, then just scroll down to line 142. Otherwise, scroll down until you find ServerName. It should look something like:

ServerName localhost:80

In this case the argument is localhost:80.

What is in your configuration file(HTTPD.CONF) for ServerName?
.

ServerName local host:80 must be changed to
ServerName localhost:80

Please leave to spaces in the name of the server
