Hi,
I am using Apache 2.2.10 under a Win 2003 server with a medium load (several thousand users). The apache starts fine but almost every 4 minutes I got an error:

Faulting application httpd.exe, version 2.2.10.0, faulting module libhttpd.dll, version 2.2.10.0, fault address 0x00009894.

Under Apache 2.2.6 I don't have this error with the same configuration; instead I receive proxyError messages (yes, I am using modProxy)
Note: the apache -somehow- restart itself and keep serving pages; but during the time lapse the webserver just don't works.
Any idea?
