DBD modules are available at the download page.
For Apache 2.2.9 or later see also www.apachelounge.com/viewtopic.php?p=11233
DBD ODBC driver - apr_dbd_odbc.dll version 1.0.7
Authentication through an ODBC driver for
MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, IBM-DB2, , Informix, Sybase, SQLServer, MS Access, Foxpro, etc
DBD Virtual Host module - mod_vhost_dbd.so version 1.0.3
Sets the document root from the HOSTNAME and/or the Apache IP-ADDRESS and/or the Apache PORT-NUMBER and/or the URI
DBD Logging Module - mod_log_dbd.so version 1.0.3
Logs access to a database table in conjunction with CustomLog, using the CustomLog format codes.
Works only with Apache 2.2.8+ from Apache Lounge (which has DBD enabled),
or with Apache 2.2.6+ from the Apache Software Foundation *only* if re-built from source code per the instructions at: http://code.google.com/p/odbc-dbd/wiki/Windows to enable DBD database access.

FYI - I have updated the download file to include:DBD ODBC driver - apr_dbd_odbc.dll version 1.0.9 The changes were:* version 1.0.8 - changed the Linux build switches for gcc 4.1 (this does not affect Windows)
* version 1.0.9 - Fixed the string length when binary SELECT columns are automatically converted to strings. These changes are not likely to be of any importance to anyone using this driver with the modules available here at Apache Lounge.
Version 1.0.8 was a Linux-only change, and it is hard to think of a case where anyone would select binary data for Apache passwords or for Apache document roots.
Nevertheless, in an effort to keep all the downloads at the current version, I updated the download files on the Downloads page.
FYI - A complete history of the ODBC driver changes is available here.

I updated the download. It is now built with Visual Studio 2005 SP1 instead of with Visual C++ 6.0.
You will now need to install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86) to use these modules and the ODBC driver.
The DBD driver is updated to version 1.0.10.
There are no changes which affect using the driver with Apache. A few fixes were made for using the driver directly from APR (without Apache).
